Construction work on a new office building for phase 2.
Phase 3 included the complete transformation of the existing office wing for
new offices with access via a new lift and stairs.
Soleo is a jewel thanks to its energy efficiency, rational use of energy, clean architecture, luxury offices and its impressive rotunda over 31 metres high and 20 metres wide with a breath-taking view of the city of Charleroi.
This innovative project received the Publica Award in the most technically innovative public building category.
Soleo is equipped with a full range of equipment to meet security (access control, intruder detection, fire detection, cameras), technical and comfort requirements (low-temperature convectors, gas condensing boiler, dual-flow ventilation, free cooling, automatic LED lighting), and meeting room needs (maximum capacity of 100).
